Default 1982-1992 thirdgen owners forum

I am setting up this forum for all those tgo's out there to come and post about possible meetings this summer to get a group of us to hang out. Do swapping/trading/buying/selling parts ect... And just have an all out ride where ever we decide is the best location for all of us to organize at. I think this needs to be done so we can have some type of organization Since i dont' see much of it around or to far away to go. So all post some ideas and thoughts. I am from thirdgen.org. berlin305 is my login. If you want to check out my ride. I will be posting pictures on this forum as well as I learned this forum is mainly for KS peeps. So here it goes. A call out to all those TGO"S out there. COme on up and lets start contemplating about a gathering in the near future.

I haven't been doing much with my F-bodies in the last few (several) years, but in the last couple months I've been whittling away at my Formula. I had to pull it out of the garage yesterday to get at that shifter plate, and took it around the block a couple times. All I have left to do before I can legally bring it out, is get it inspected for KS registration, get insurance, and license plates. It's a bit late in the year to do it now, but I should have it out next summer.

I hope you can scare up some interest. Most of what I see here is 4th gen related. It'd be nice to see more of the older cars.

It's still got a South Dakota title, so I have to take it down and have them check to make sure it's not stolen... It's a stupid process where they check that the car has two VIN numbers that match. I'll have to glue the SPID back in my console so it'll pass. LOL Fortunately this will be the last of 7 cars I've had to transfer over.

Ah yea. I see what you mean. reason with the firebird i was going to do the route of getting a lawyer say its my car with the bill of sale ect... but so much paperwork and attny's fees to have a judge say yep your car. And then get the title in 4 wks to transfer it in my name. So in short rather sell the parts I have a good 86 maro that is good for what i need.

Alright you shy guys out there. We don't care if your car isn't running nor looks good ect.. Come on 82-92 tgo's in ks. Lets get this ball rolling. I tell ya what we get a membership going I will take dedication, time and effort to get tee shirts for our little members for kansas. I have a good place where we can get Logo of whatever we all think of to have on it and maybe some car on the back. Lets just bring back the lively hood of what tgo stands for. And have fun.
